Building Relationships Scheduled Activities Resources					After a volunteer goes through the application process and is matched with a child, Big Brothers Big Sisters stays involved with the match. The match coordinator will initiate meetings and phone conversations and will send the volunteer a match report form to complete at the appropriate times. Use this section to do the following: Refer to Big Brothers Big Sisters policies and goals for the match. Complete the online Match Report form (one form for all users). Print off the PDF version of the match report. Use the mentor, parent, or teacher version. See the compiled combined results of last year's Match Report responses.
