Iowa State Cyclone Football Tickets

Through the generosity of Iowa State University Alumni and Variety Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Iowa has received a donation of at least 40 tickets to each Iowa State Home game this football season. The tickets are at the Clive office. These tickets will be distributed to matches on a first come first served basis. Home Dates are;

September 30 Northern Iowa 6:00
October 7 Nebraska TBD
October 21 Texas Tech TBD
November 4 Kansas TBD

Wildwood Hills Camp Activities Day

Save the date of Saturday, October 7th from approximately 9 to 3 for a fun day of activities for matches at Wildwood Hills Ranch Camp in St. Charles. More information will be coming in the near future.

Fall Leaf Raking Fundraiser for BBBS Match Activities Committee
Match involvement is critical to the success of this event that raises over $1000 for match activities. Please begin making plans to participate in this event will be held on a weekend in November. Details will be coming in the near future.

Christmas Caroling

This event is being planned for Saturday, December 9th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm
at McAuley Terrace in Johnston.

Civic Music Association Performance April 13th, 2007
Big Brother Big Sisters is in receipt of 30 admission tickets to a performance by Violinist Caitlin Tully on Friday April 13tth at 8:00 pm at Sheslow Auditorium at Drake University. Tickets are at the Clive office and can be reserved through your case manager. Visit their website for more information at www.civicmusic.org

YMCA Cards

We have 15 Membership cards that Bigs can use with your Little throughout the year. The card allows you and your Little to use the YMCA at Riverfront, John R Grubb, Ankeny, South Suburban, Walnut Creek and Waukee at no charge. We check the cards out in 3 week intervals Mike Hemmer,
